Recent Arrest by Roraima Civil Police The Roraima Civil Police (PCRR) executed a preventive arrest warrant on Monday the seventh of this month for a twenty-year-old individual known as E.C.S.R., due to his breach of precautionary measures associated with a serious theft incident.
Operation Overview This operation was spearheaded by Polinter’s chief investigator Alexandre Matos and unfolded in the Aparecida neighborhood in northern Boa Vista.
The suspect had previously faced charges for qualified theft that took place earlier this year in February at a municipal school located in the Centenário district.
Legal Actions and Implications
Initially released under provisional conditions to ensure compliance with legal stipulations, he failed to meet these requirements and continued his involvement in criminal activities.
This noncompliance prompted law enforcement officials to alert the judiciary about his actions which led to an order for his preventive detention.
following this court directive, Polinter officers conducted an investigation that resulted in locating him once again within the Aparecida neighborhood where he was apprehended at thier headquarters.
The suspect is set to be presented during a Custody Hearing on Tuesday following his arrest.
