Overview of the Operation
The Roraima Civil Police (PCRR) launched an initiative called “Financial Blight” on Monday morning, the seventh day of this month through their First Police District (DP). The main objective was to execute a preventive arrest warrant and carry out searches related to Paulo Wires Alves do Nascimento, who is twenty-seven years old.
Unfortunately for law enforcement efforts, Nascimento was not located during this operation and is now considered a fugitive from justice.
Culprit’s Criminal Conduct
Nascimento is currently under inquiry for several fraud cases that have allegedly caused losses exceeding R$3 million across various victims.
Collaboration Among Investigative Teams
This operation involved collaboration from key personnel including delegates Vinícius Gonçalves and Pedro Ivo along with teams from the Immediate Response Group (GRI), working together effectively to implement judicial measures.
Recidivism in Fraudulent Behavior
According to Delegate Jéssica Muniz overseeing these investigations, Nascimento has previously engaged in similar fraudulent schemes which he seems to depend upon as his primary source of income.
